The study explored the prevalence, extent, depth, and deployment of a systemic customer-centric culture within an organization.
The study covered varied industry segments from amongst MNCs; Large size Indian firms and Mid-size Indian firms and the benchmark insights report was released on 27th October 2017 in New Delhi at the ICC Customer Strategy Summit 2017.
The study was deployed on the MRI™ – a global first of its kind, customer-centric culture assessment framework.
