Businesses do not change when strategy changes.

They change when behaviour changes.

A customer chooses differently.
An employee adopts faster.
A manager decides sooner.
A team moves with less resistance.
A leader creates clarity instead of compliance.

That shift rarely happens through process alone.

It happens at the intersection of three forces:

The Terragni FMC model

Friction.

Motivation.

Context.

This is the foundation of the Terragni approach.

We are a behavioural strategy and human engagement consulting firm that helps organisations design better business outcomes by understanding how people actually behave inside systems.

Because behaviour is never random.

People respond to:

the friction around them,
the motivation driving them,
and the context shaping their decisions.

Most organisations only address one of these.

We work across all three.

For over 15 years, we have worked with organisations across manufacturing, financial services, insurance, healthcare and consumer sectors to solve challenges around:

  1. Customer and Employee Engagement
  2. Productivity
  3. Adoption
  4. Trust
  5. Decision-Making
  6. and Transformation.

Our work combines behavioural science, neuroscience, ethnography, data and design thinking.

But we are not interested in behavioural science as theory.

We are interested in movement.

What makes people act?
What makes them hesitate?
Why do intelligent systems fail in the real world?
Why do some behaviours sustain while others disappear?

The answers are rarely found in dashboards alone.

They sit inside human behaviour.

At Terragni, we decode those invisible patterns and design interventions that help organisations reduce friction, strengthen motivation and reshape context.

Because when behaviour shifts, business moves.

Purple does not exist in the spectrum.
There is no single wavelength for it.

No “purple photon” floating through space.

The brain creates purple when red and blue arrive together and something in the middle is missing.

It fills the gap. It makes meaning from contrast.

It is the “only” color that is not “seen” by eye but is “created” by the brain!

That felt right for Terragni.

Which is why Purple was chosen as the “primary” color for Terragni

Because the most valuable ideas rarely come from one discipline, one data point, or one obvious answer.

They emerge in the tension between architecture and behaviour, logic and instinct, systems and people.

Purple is not accidental for us. We chose it for a purpose. It is designed.

A reminder that the most powerful things humans create are often not found in nature.

They are constructed through imagination, interpretation, and synthesis.

Just like great strategy.

Just like Terragni

TerraAgni
Terra. Grounded reality.
Agni. Transformative energy.

Ideas rooted in reality.
Change that moves people.

This is Terragni.
