The study dealt with the elimination of friction and covered consumers across India; urban, rurban and rural across Insurance, Banking, Retail and Telecom sectors

The study was released at the hands of Don Peppers on  1st February 2018 at the Customer Fest India 2018- Customer engagement Summit at Taj Lands End Mumbai.
