‘Indian Industry -Ready for the new Indian customer?’
A study across industry segments on the readiness of Indian organizations in being customer centric.
The study seeks to explore the prevalence, extent, depth and deployment of a systemic customer centric culture within an organization.
The study shall cover varied industry segments from amongst MNCs; Large size Indian firms and Mid-size Indian firms and the baseline insights report will be released on 27th October 2017 in New Delhi in the ICC Customer Strategy Summit.
The study is being deployed on the MRI™ – a global first of its kind, customer centric culture assessment framework.
